Associate Marriage and Family Therapist # 150087
Supervised by Larissa Bertos LMFT#116906
I am committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care in a safe, affirming space. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and a dedicated trans ally, I hold a deep affinity for working with queer and trans youth, adults, couples, and their families. My work is rooted in social justice and identity affirmation—I believe therapy should be a place where all parts of who you are are welcomed, respected, and celebrated.
My approach is collaborative and flexible, grounded in the belief that therapy should adapt to the needs of each unique client. I draw from modalities such as (but not limited to) Internal Family Systems (IFS), Drama Therapy, and Psychodynamic theory, depending on what best supports your goals and healing process. Whether we’re exploring identity, navigating trauma, strengthening relationships, or unpacking life transitions, my intention is always to make sure you feel seen, heard, and thoughtfully challenged when appropriate. I care deeply about getting to the root of difficulties you’re navigating to find actionable change.
Your truth is honored and respected. Your healing is not expected to look a certain way. My hope is to walk alongside youas you move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and empowerment.

"It is my privilege to provide therapy to my community."
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #116906
Growing up and currently living in Sunnyvale, I wanted a practice that provides quality and accessible therapy to individuals who live in the South Bay Area. My therapeutic approach is simple: I listen, I understand, and then try to help you better understand yourself. I believe in the enlightening potential of a therapeutic relationship. In treatment, you can gain clarity of your thoughts and feelings so that you can walk confidently towards healing and happiness in your life.
I find fulfillment in helping my clients gain insight into who they are, how aspects of their behavior came to be, and how they can be the change. I specialize in treating those affected by BIPOC intergenerational trauma, social justice/oppressive systems, cognitive distortions and inner child wounds.
