Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore life's challenges, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to create.
I recently graduated from Palo Alto University and have experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and older adults in a variety of settings. My clinical background includes working with incarcerated individuals, where I gained a deeper understanding of resilience, systemic barriers, and the importance of meeting clients with empathy and respect. I also worked at an equine-assisted therapy center that specialized in trauma-informed, client-centered care, an experience that strengthened my belief in each person's innate capacity for healing and growth.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and rooted in social justice. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and existential approaches, tailoring treatment to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I believe that while life can present difficult challenges, change is always possible, and therapy can be a meaningful step toward creating that change.
I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, dating and relationship concerns, breakups and divorce, adverse childhood experiences, body image and self-esteem, and developing healthy personal boundaries. Whether you are seeking support through a difficult transition or looking to better understand yourself, I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as we work toward your goals together.

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist # 150087
Supervised by Larissa Bertos LMFT#116906
I am committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care in a
safe, affirming space. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and a dedicated trans ally, I hold a deep affinity for working with queer and trans couples, adults, youth, and their families. I, also, value working with folks from the performing arts as I deeply know what it takes to pursue it. My work is rooted in social justice and identity affirmation—I believe therapy should be a place where all parts of who you are are welcomed, respected, and celebrated.
My approach is collaborative and flexible, grounded in the belief that therapy should adapt to the needs of each unique client. I draw from different modalities depending on what best supports your healing process. I often provide care through the lens of ACT, DBT, Existential Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Drama Therapy (for clients who are open to an arts based practice).
Your truth is honored and respected. Your healing is not expected to look a certain way. My hope is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and empowerment.
